The Institute of Arts and Sciences (IAS) and the Department of Teacher Education (DTE), in cooperation with the Local Government Unit (LGU)of Sogod, launched their extension program on Numeracy and Language Literacy Enhancement (NULL-E) on December 13, 2020.
