SLSU-TO Lab High launches art exhibit for Women's Month celeb

In celebration of National Women's Month 2023, The Artisans, a club organized by the fresh talents of Southern Leyte State University Laboratory High School, led an Art Exhibit launched yesterday with the theme "WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society."

Members of the LHS Club showcase their paintings of female leaders, strong workers, film characters, elegant Filipino women, goddesses of Greek mythology, and women holding their insignia. The artwork display waits for your sight at the entrance of the Administration Building on a table wrapped with pink and blue curtains representing masculinity and femininity decorated with a flock of free paper butterflies. The artworks presented embody the grace and power a woman deserves to celebrate.

This Friday, following the flag retreat ceremony, the display will come to a close. Come and join us in supporting our advocacy.
