Chaired by the DA RFO 8 in partnership with the Visayas Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Program (ViCARP), RRDECT members convened at the ViCARP RDE Hall housed at the Visayas State University (VSU) on two occasions (Oct 11 and 18-19, 2023) for the formulation of the CY 2023-2028 Regional Integrated Research and Development Agenda and Program (RIRDEAP). RIRDEAP embodies the integrated thrusts and priorities for medium and long-term agriculture RDE plans and serves as a basis for preparing RDE proposals.
SLSU Faculty from other campuses also joined to represent other agricultural commodities.
