SLSU holds 2-Day Public Communication Training

Southern Leyte State University – Main Campus recently conducted a 2-day training on Public Speaking for all administrative staff on August 15-16, 2023 at the SLSU Plenary Hall.
The training program was proposed by the University Human Resource Management and Development to help the administrative staff of the school improve their communication skills and become more confident speakers.

With Dr. Eda J. Opina, PASCom Director as the resourse speaker, the training program covered a range of topic that are essential for public speaking, including overcoming stage fright, developing effective presentation skills, engaging and persuading an audience and using visual aids effectively. The program was also designed to provide thje participants with opportunities to practice their public speaking skills in a supportive environment.
