Tomas Oppus Campus

Southern Leyte State University – Tomas Oppus Campus is a public state university campus of Southern Leyte State University located in Brgy. San Roque, Municipality of Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte, Philippines. It was established on March 7, 2004, through Republic Act No. 9261, when the Tomas Oppus Normal College and the Southern Leyte State College of Science and Technology were integrated into the university system.

SLSU–Tomas Oppus Campus is set in a quiet, provincial town in Southern Leyte, surrounded by lush greenery and a calm rural atmosphere. Its peaceful environment provides a relaxed and conducive setting for learning, community engagement, and academic growth.

Over the years, SLSU–Tomas Oppus Campus has provided quality higher education through relevant programs, competent instruction, and student-centered learning, preparing students to become skilled professionals and leaders for local, national, and global development.
