It encompasses physical, mental, and emotional health, ensuring that people have access to essential services such as healthcare, education, clean water, and sanitation. By promoting social well-being, societies aim to enhance life expectancy, reduce mortality rates, and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life. The well-being of individuals is foundational to the stability and prosperity of a society, as healthy, educated, and well-cared-for populations are more productive and engaged in the development process.

CLUSTER 2: SOCIAL EQUALITY
Social equality addresses the disparities and inequalities within and between communities. It promotes the idea that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect, and that systemic barriers to equality must be dismantled.
