SLSU Extension Service Office conducts Capacity Building Retooling

Southern Leyte State University through the Office of the Extension Services conducted a Capacity Building of Extensionist last August 07, 2024 to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the present accomplishment report creation procedure.

The event was attended by the RIES Coordinators from the faculties in the Main Campus, RIES Heads and Coordinators from the External Campus, the Director for the Extension Services and it's Staff, and the Vice President for the Research, Innovation and Extension Services.

The event aims to ensure that reports are easily understandable and consistent, time and effort required to produce reports is reduced, leveraging data analytics to provide insights and support decision-making, and creation of standardized templates and guidelines for report generation.

This initiative aims to align with the following Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 4: Quality Education; SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure; SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions; and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
