Southern Leyte State U empowers officials through intensive leadership training program
In an effort to cultivate effective leadership within the realm of higher education, Southern Leyte State University took a significant step forward by organizing a four-day leadership training program.
The training, facilitated by the University Human Resource Management and Development department, aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to become influential leaders within their respective roles.
Attended by College Deans, Office Directors, and Unit Heads from all six campuses, as well as individuals involved in related functions, the training program provided a comprehensive exploration of leadership principles and concepts.
Participants delved deep into the essential skills and qualities required for effective leadership, gaining insights into the key steps, tools, and styles of successful leadership.
