Day 2 of Financial Literacy Training in Brgy. Mayuga, Libagon, Southern Leyte

On September 5, 2024, the Financial Literacy Training under Program AMUMA: Cultivating Financial Resilience for Marginalized Farmers and Fisherfolk’s Economic Growth continued successfully in Brgy. Mayuga, Libagon, Southern Leyte. Held at the barangay auditorium, the event was led by Barangay Captain Hon. Ethel Mantilla and featured resource speakers Carlo Cabillo and Angelica Gerong. Facilitators Lian Mari Calope and Jasmin Dayunan guided participants through interactive sessions focused on savings, budgeting, and debt management.

Local farmers and fisherfolk engaged actively, gaining essential skills to improve their financial management, contributing to their economic stability and the overall resilience of their community.
