Tomas Oppus Campus conducts seminar on 5S, good housekeeping

The Human Resource Management and Development Office of Southern Leyte State University - Tomas Oppus Campus, in coordination with the Records Office, conducted a "5S and Good Housekeeping Seminar" on June 29, 2023, for all of its faculty and administrative staff, including job orders.

The Director of the University Human Resource Management and Development, Ms. Hazelle Villa-Asaldo, who was the resource speaker, provided lectures and activities that aimed to promote sustaining a clean, healthy, and safe working environment that allows employees to do their jobs effectively and efficiently while also promoting high productivity and service performance excellence in their respective offices. Moreover, the seminar also aimed to update the participants competencies to improve their job performance.

The seminar was held in line with the University’s goal to establish a quality processes program to include people, management, operations, financial, assets, transparency, and accountability.
