Southern Leyte State U holds presentation of thrusts, priorities of gov't agencies in the province

Southern Leyte State University hosted an online conference of the Presentation of Thrust and Priorities of Government Agencies in Southern Leyte on January 19, 2023.

This is an activity of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension Services (OVPRIES) to forumate agenda in areas of research, development, and innovation, as well as in extension that will serve as a reference in the conduct of various projects, programs, and activities in these units.

Such undertaking will consider and incorporate the thrusts and priorities of the local and national government offices and instrumentalities, as well as regional, national, and international policies, agreements, and guidelines.

The virtual conference was participated by the local Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Philippine National Police (PNP) Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), and attended by the College Deans and RIES Heads and Coordinators from all Southern Leyte State U Campuses.
