SLSU - Extension Services initiates Transforming Extension PPA's Terminal Reports into Publishable Papers training

The Office of the Director for the Extension Services conducted an activity entitled 'Transforming Extension PPAs Terminal Reports into Publishable Papers last April 24, 2024, at the RIES Training Hall, REIS Building of the SLSU Main Campus.

This initiative of transforming Extension PPA's Terminal Report into publishable papers seeks to enhance knowledge dissemination, influence policy decisions, mobilize resources effectively, and bolster organizational reputation. It aims to equip the faculty members with the skills needed to convert Extension PPA's terminal reports into publishable papers. This training is instrumental in advancing the organization's goal of increasing published papers but also serves as a crucial step in fostering a culture of research and scholarly output.

Moreover, this training activity plays a pivotal role in elevating Extension PPA's chances of recognition and honors within the industry. It contributes to the organization's elevated status and reputation within the community by facilitating more widespread and impactful dissemination of its valuable insights and experiences. It also aims to target Sustainable Developmental Goal #4, Quality Education.

The said activity was attended by the Research, Innovation and Extension Services Heads and Coordinators of the university.
