a. Guidance and Counseling Services

 SLSU Guidance and Counseling Office (GCO) provides assistance and guidance to students with problems in academic and career options, personal problems which concern their personality, family problems that affects their own peers, their teachers and other individuals, psychological problems, educational and career counseling needs.

The GCO assist students through the various services of the office that assists them in establishing their educational goals, developing career direction and making personal adjustment to get the most from their college experience.

b. Career Center Services

To ensure the SLSU students’ bright future, the Career Center Services conducts job seeking seminars, job fairs, employer information sessions, and networking programs. The activities are conducted to help students in their career development and job placement after they graduate.
