1) Leads the implementation of environmental management and disaster risk reduction and management activities, trainings, and simulation exercises and drills;

2) Provides consultancy, research and extension services in environmental management and disaster risk reduction and management for the university, including partner institutions, and communities;

3) Supports implementation, coordination, and monitoring of volunteering services for faculty and staff, and students in the university and government projects including volunteer service in socio-economic, environmental, and disaster risk reduction and management in communities.
