CARE, one of the research centers in the university, launches its own website
As a response to accessible information and learnings, the Center for Access to Rural Education (CARE) of Southern Leyte State University has launched its website on Thursday, November 5
The website showcases CARE projects, both internally and externally funded projects, and the incoming ones.
Through this website, the Center will be visible locally, nationally, and even internationally. Currently, the webpage highlights the CHED Grant Project activities, documentation, and outputs, such as the picture dictionary and other stories created by the development team.
University President Dr. Prose Ivy G. Yepes is glad that the university can now showcase to the world how engaged SLSU is in research.
"Let's maximize this initiative of turning visitors into prospects while promoting the university. Let’s strengthen this website and make this as one of our identities to the digital world." Dr. Yepes added.
CARE is geared towards its mission to produce breakthrough delivery systems, train active knowledge providers, and become a partner in eliminating barriers to access education, its Facebook page says. Its office is situated in Tomas Oppus Campus.
