SLSU-Tomas Oppus’ Kapisanan ng Filipino holds Online Webinar on Digital Addiction and Depression
TOMAS OPPUS-Kapisanan ng Filipino organization held an online webinar via Zoom on April 24, 2024. The webinar’s main theme was “Digital Addiction and Depression: Adolescent and Youth Mental Health. The online event was headed by Dr. Mark B. Galdo, the adviser of the Kapisanan ng Filipino.
The speakers of the webinar were Ms. Eunice Jane T. Abunda and Ms. Mona Rea Cabalo, Rpm, RGC. Ms. Abunda is the owner of Kape ni Maria and is also a Social Media Influencer and Content Creator meanwhile Ms. Cabalo is the Head of the Institutional Quality Standards.
