San Juan Campus conducts in-house review and evaluation of RIES PPAs
Through the Office of Research, Innovation, and Extension Services (RIES), Southern Leyte State University- San Juan Campus conducted a successful joint Research and Extension Services Review and Evaluation of Programs, Projects, and Activities on March 20, 2024, in the Multimedia room.
This led to the presentation of 6 proposals, 11 completed papers for research and innovation, and five proposals for extension services, showcasing the commitment and dedication of faculty researchers and extensionists from various departments and programs. The evaluation panel, composed of Dr. Angel T. Sabusap, Director of Extension Services; Rujube H. Hermano, Head of University Research Operation; and Adelfa C. Diola, Science Research Specialist II, provided guidance and feedback to proponents on necessary modifications and adjustments to ensure the relevance of RIES PPAs to meet the community's demands grounded in Sustainable Development Goals. This activity exemplifies the university's vision to be the leading higher institution that advances knowledge and will be known for innovation and compassion for humanity, creating an inclusive society and a sustainable world.
