SLSU-MCC Conducts 2024 Target Setting and Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) Review
Southern Leyte State University-Maasin City Campus (SLSU-MCC) recently held a comprehensive review of its Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) and 2024 Target Setting to ensure alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The review, which took place on January 31, 2024, at the City Social Welfare and Development (CADAC Building) in Combado, Maasin City, aimed to enhance the campus' efforts in achieving SDG #7-Decent Work and Economic Growth and SDG #17- Partnerships for the Goals.
The 2024 Target Setting and SPMS Review convened essential stakeholders to evaluate the campus' strategic plan implementation progress. This process entailed appraising the efficacy of current initiatives, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and establishing new targets to propel sustainable development and economic growth of SLSU-MCC. SDG-Decent Work and Economic Growth promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and dignified work for all. SLSU-MCC duly acknowledges the significance of nurturing an environment conducive to a satisfactory working condition for its populace.
