Southern Leyte State U faculty gains research award from NIHR

The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH), in collaboration with the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), based in London, has conferred a distinguished research award upon Ms. Rujube H. Hermano, a faculty member at SLSU Main Campus.

This prestigious grant amounts to £4,861.00 and serves as a noteworthy achievement under the 2023 Early Career Grants programme.

The initiation of this global research opportunity was facilitated through the collaborative efforts of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Innovation and Extension Services, working in tandem with Dr. Don Eliseo Prisno III.
