Southern Leyte State U joins conduct of Fourth Quarter NSED

Southern Leyte State University, through the recommendation of the EM-DRRM office, joined the conduct of the Fourth Quarter Nationwide Earthquake last November 15, 2023.

The activity, which was simultaneously held university-wide at 9:00 on November 15, was joined by the university and campus officials, employees, students, SLSU-SERVE volunteers, and the SLSU Modulators Group.

This Earthquake Drill is conducted quarterly throughout the nation, aiming to equip every individual to remain calm and perform the duck, cover, and hold in an earthquake emergency evacuation procedures.
