22 Electrical Engineering alumni pass the September 2022 board exam
The Southern Leyte State University has produced 22 successful Electrical Engineers who passed the recently released September 2022 Licensure Examination results.
Southern Leyte State U garnered an overall performance percentage of 35.82%.
During her Monday engagement on Sept 12 after the flag raising ceremony, Dr. Prose Ivy G. Yepes extended her congratulations to the passers, Department of Electrical Engineering (DEE), and the College of Engineering (COE) in general.
Dr. Yepes challenged the DEE faculty members to strategize because she believes that the University can do much better than the recent performance.
Meanwhile, Eastern Samar State University's Felipe Jimenez Jr. topped the exam with a 94.10% rating. The University of Santo Tomas is the top-performing schools who had 50 or more examinees and with at least 85% passing percentage.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,467 out of 4,914 passed the Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination and 2,433 out of 3,857 passed the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this September 2022.
