Southern Leyte State U hails 18 new civil engineers
The College of Engineering (COE) of Southern Leyte State University has produced 18 civil engineers in the May 2022 Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Southern Leyte State U garnered an overall performance of 40.91%.
In a Facebook post, the Southern Leyte State U’s student chapter of Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) sends its congratulations to the new civil engineers of the University.
Adding to the long-list of civil engineers from Southern Leyte State U are Engr. Alvin A. Alico, Engr. Gabriel A. Centino, Engr. Dave Adrian U. Cruz, Engr. Eriel R. Dalida, Engr. Julius S. Dolorito, Engr. Reynaldo Estoque, Engr. April Rose C. Gorne, Engr. Ervine Cludel Jan V. Labao, Engr. Nolle V. Libato, Engr. Cherry Ann L. Montecalbo, Engr. Clint Niño J. Narbay, Engr. Kevin P. Oliveron, Engr. Jaymon Q. Pal, Engr. Jessa V. Ranoco, Engr. Jomar A. Saga, Engr. Harold B. Salazar, Engr. Alex P. Tajora, and Engr. Rozel L. Tibon.
Arianne Joyce Dameg of the University of the Philippines -Diliman, Archigine Labrador of University of Saint Louis-Tuguegarao, and Jameson Glen Lim of Xavier University topped the May 2022 batch of passers with a rating of 93.95%.
Meanwhile, the University of the Philippines-Los Baños is hailed as the top-performing school with a passing percentage of 95.
This was the second Civil Engineering licensure exam during the pandemic on May 1 and 2, 2022 where 5,836 out of 13,781 passed. The exam was conducted in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga, PRC announced.
