1,089 students to graduate for SLSU Class of 2021

Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) will produce a total of 1,089 system-wide graduates who will be part of this year’s virtual Commencement Exercises.

This is the second virtual graduation rites for SLSU when the national government put the whole country on strict community quarantine sometime in March 2020, which made impossible for SLSU to conduct a face-to-face graduation ceremony.

There will be 457 candidates for graduation from the Main Campus, 117 from Maasin City Campus, 125 from Tomas Oppus Campus, 42 from Bontoc Campus, 169 from San Juan Campus, 40 from Hinunangan Campus, 34 from SLSU Tomas Oppus Junior Laboratory High School, 68 from SLSU Tomas Oppus Senior High School, and 37 from the Graduate School.

The commencement exercises will be held on the following schedules:

  • 6th Junior High School Completion Rites for SLSU-Tomas Oppus Junior Laboratory High School – October 5, 2021 (9:00 A.M.)
  • 4th Senior High School Graduation Ceremony for SLSU-Tomas Oppus Senior High School - October 5, 2021 (2:00 P.M.)
  • 19th Commencement Exercises for SLSU Maasin City Campus – October 6, 2021 (9:00 A.M.)
  • 34th Commencement Exercises for SLSU Tomas Oppus Campus – October 6, 2021 (2:00 P.M.)
  • 51st Commencement Exercises for SLSU Bontoc Campus – October 7, 2021 (9:00 A.M.)
  • 38th Commencement Exercises for SLSU Main (Sogod) Campus – October 7, 2021 (2:00 P.M.)
  • 35th Commencement Exercises for SLSU San Juan Campus – October 8, 2021 (9:00 A.M.)
  • 24th Commencement Exercises for SLSU Hinunangan Campus – October 8, 2021 (2:00 P.M.)
  • 38th Commencement Exercises for SLSU Graduate School – October 9, 2021 (9:00 A.M.)

The Graduation will be premiered on SLSU’s official Facebook page and YouTube channel on the aforementioned dates.
