SLSU VPAF and DOI Join Leaders at 2025 VACC Annual Conference

The Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Dewoowoogen P. Baclayon, and the Director of Instruction, Mr. Mark Donald S. Oja, marked Southern Leyte State University’s inaugural international engagement for 2025 as they joined leaders at the 2025 Vietnam Association of Community Colleges Annual Conference.

Held at Kien Giang College, Kien Giang Province, Vietnam, from January 10-12, 2025, focused on reviewing the implementation of the 2024 action plan and building connections and collaboration among members, institutions, and enterprises. Parallel to the main conference, thematic workshops were organized to facilitate the sharing of ideas and information among the participants.

Dr. Baclayon and Mr. Oja's eager engagement demonstrates SLSU's commitment to establishing global ties and supporting educational innovation.
