Southern Leyte State University has arranged 2 agreements with Cacao Mountain Resort and Libagon Public swimming pool to develop and improve the Physical Education students skills in swimming, diving and their ability to save life in case of emergencies.

The Southern Leyte State University has an Indoor Sports Court where the students can play, practice, and hold indoor events.

Outdoor Sports Court

The Southern Leyte State University - Main Campus has Basketball, Volleyball, Sepak Takraw and Lawn Tennis Court as Outdoor Sports Court.

Outdoor Sports Field

The Southern Leyte State University - Main Campus is equipped with a multi-purpose outdoor sports field, featuring an oval suitable for soccer, baseball, and track and field activities.
