Training Workshop on Data Mining Techniques
Date: June 16-17, 2025
Venue: SLSU - Main Campus | FCSIT AVR

Objectives:

• To orient the participants on the Basic Concepts of Machine Learning
• To discuss the different types of Machine Learning
• To introduce the basic algorithms in Association Rule
• To discuss the Classification Algorithms and its application
• To faciliate the presentation and critiquing of data mining papers

Learning Outcome:

• At the end of the activity, participants utilized different Algorithms in the exercises
• At the end of the activity, participants interpreted the results of the simulations using Weka software
• At the end of the activity, participants presented full blown Proposal utilizing data mining algorithms
