The Philippine National Volunteer Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) is conducting the Search for Outstanding Volunteers that aims to recognize the exemplary performance of Filipino volunteers and their contributions to nation-building.

PNVSCA, an attached agency of the National Economy and Development Authority (NEDA), is mandated to coordinate volunteer programs in the country to promote volunteerism as a strategy for development.
