Guidelines

1. All extension projects and activities that are completed in the last three years are eligible for submission and presentation.

2. Depending on the number of entries submitted, the papers shall be classified according to SDGs:

• Social Well-being
• Social Equality
• Environmental Stewardship
• Economic Prosperity
• Sustainable Communities.

3. Participants are expected to participate, but the conference shall also be open for students.

4. The Extension Paper will have the following parts:

• Abstract
• Introduction
• Objectives
• Description of the partner agency or organization in the conduct of the extension activity
• Type and description of beneficiaries
• Methods of Implementation
• Results and Discussion
• Significance of Outcomes
• Conclusion
• Recommendation

   Use Cambria font style in all parts, single space, font size 11.

5. The paper shall highlight on the following:

• Relevance to the theme (20%)
• Originality & Innovation (20%)
• Implementation Strategy (15%)
• Significance of Outcome (15%)
• Clarity & Organization (10%)
• Presentation Skills (10%)
• Response to Questions & Engagement (10%)

6. Each presenter will prepare a pre-recorded 7 minutes video presentation of the extension paper and will be given 5 minutes to answer the questions from the evaluators.
