In-House Review on RIES Proposals and Completed Research 2025

An in-house review was successfully conducted at SLSU-Hinunangan Campus, Business Hub—a collaborative initiative led by Dr. Navarrete, Head of RIES, and Dr. Dalangin, Extension Services Coordinator. With the active participation and support of the SLSU-HC faculty, the event marked a meaningful and productive day dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and extension services.

Joining the activity as panelists were Engr. Aguilar, Director for Research and Innovation, and Dr. Diola, Director for Extension Services, both from SLSU-Main Campus. Known for their passion for research and community engagement, their insights and guidance greatly enriched the review process.

This initiative is aligned with several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-being), 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 13 (Climate Action), 14 (Life Below Water), 15 (Life on Land), and 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).

With these goals in mind, the event aimed to foster research and extension projects that create real, lasting impact within the community. Through this shared commitment to innovation and service, SLSU-Hinunangan continues to strengthen its role as a hub of meaningful change and development.
