Colonia, Ms. Lowella Prado, and Ms. Love Lee Fernandez—participated in the International Conference on Good Practices in Library Management held at the Center for Excellence in Learning Resources and Academic Support (CELRAS) of Tra Vinh University (TVU), Vietnam. Co-organized with the Vietnamese-German University, the conference gathered library directors, university librarians, and information professionals from institutions across Vietnam and Asia. Conducted entirely in English, the event served as a significant platform for sharing innovations, best practices, and emerging trends in contemporary library management.

Representing SLSU, Ms. Geanrose L. Her session concluded with a compelling video showcasing the innovative services of the SLSU Learning Commons, giving participants a clear and engaging visual appreciation of the institution’s progressive practices.

The conference was attended by PGS.TS Diep Thanh Tung, Deputy Principal of TVU, who delivered the opening remarks, along with the General Secretary and faculty and library staff of TVU–CELRAS. The event also attracted the participation of 30 online delegates, both local and international, underscoring its wide-reaching impact and collaborative spirit.
