CHTM initiates Capacity Building on Customer Service & Skills Development extension activity

From February 29 to March 1, 2024, the CHTM conducted an extension activity entitled “Capacity Building for Customer Service and Skills Development” for aspiring entrepreneurs, seasoned professionals, individuals from various sectors, and counterparts from Municipal Tourism of LGU Hinunangan. The extension training aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to excel in their fields and provide exceptional customer service. The training also intends to cultivate a culture of excellence in customer service, enhancing the overall satisfaction levels of consumers and fostering long-term loyalty among clientele by focusing on essential communication skills, problem-solving techniques, conflict-resolution strategies, and poised to become adept at addressing diverse customer needs effectively. This collaborative effort between the SLSU-Main Campus and the LGU Hinunangan underscores the importance of academic institutions working hand-in-hand with Municipality Tourism Officers to address specific needs and contribute exchange of knowledge, resources, and expertise to address local challenges, build a skilled workforce, and promote sustainable development.
