Tomas Oppus campus holds executive evaluation, target setting, planning workshop

The heads of the various offices of Southern Leyte State Universitu Tomas Oppus Campus convene at Kuting Reef Resort for their executive evaluation, target setting, and planning workshop on December 5-6, 2022.

During the implementation planning, the participants develop specific actions for the ensuing year. The strategic priorities listed in the Strategic Plan-Execution Continuum Fiscal Year 2022-2026 and other pertinent performance indicators (GAA, PBB PIs., PREXC, SUC Leveling, etc.) are followed for these plans to be carried out in CY 2023.

During this two-day event led by Planning Officer Judy Paz, performance evaluation for calendar year 2019-2022 will also be done to monitor performance and to create strategies for indicators that need to be met or that demand attention.

The event is crucial since it could set important directions for SLSU-Tomas Oppus. As Tomas Oppus Campus Director Dr. Medilo notes, “We are but one University. I thank you all for working together.”

Further, Dr. Pritzel Lee Capili further emphasizes, “teamwork works.”
